Diabetes mellitus, hypercholestrolemia and hyperlipidemia. Brief lecures were given in layman's language by a pannel of specialist. The program was organized and moderated by Dr. Sattar Shaikh of Kalamazoo Michigan. A Nurse Aid was hired for screening purposes on July 2,3. Attendance was more than at the last Convention in Houston. Over all it was a very successful program.
Many physicians new and old came to the convention and had a wonderful time. Some are
already preparing for the next SANA Convention in Toronto Canada (July 1-3 ,2006). Hopefully there will be more programs for Physicians and Community Education.
